Moms and Babes Northern Suburbs

We are introducing a milestone-based play program developed by a pediatric chiropractor, Dr Jess Wood.

The program was created to support babies in reaching their first year milestones and to form a strong bond with Mom/caregiver.

This program supports guided play positions, sensory activities, and gentle exercises that promote gross and fine motor skills, coordination, and overall development.

Classes give your baby the optimal start in

life through expertly guided activities that

are fun, valuable learning and memorable

moments. Milestones are achieved by addressing a variety of growth areas, including motor, sensory, cognitive and social-emotional skills.

We focus on creating a fun and supportive

environment where baby can thrive. All classes are in a loving and judgement-free zone.

We also create a safe support network for parents where we share valuable information and make lifelong friends.

We are based in Cobble Walk Shopping Centre, with ample parking space and hot coffee during the session. Classes are upto 90min long on weekdays or on a Saturday morning, for the working mommies.
